Xyst revised the technical specifications and worked with Maribyrnong City Council to develop levels of service. This involved a thorough review of the existing specifications and the development of operational tasks into a tabulated and easily read format. For each maintenance operation, the specifications detailed the activities, best practice requirements, and the expected frequencies and outcomes.
We developed the contract to support Council’s adopted approach to market and ensure all aspects of service delivery were outlined, including delivery methodology, performance management and quality reporting.
