Recreation and Tourism Impact Assessment
Genesis Energy was required to obtain new consents for the operation of the Tekapo Power Scheme. As part of this application, Rob Greenaway prepared a Recreation and Tourism Impact Assessment for Genesis Energy. Xyst was engaged to review this assessment and provide independent expert evidence for the consideration of the Tekapo Power Scheme Expert Panel.
The application by Genesis Energy for Tekapo Power Scheme was been granted subject to conditions by the Tekapo Power Scheme Expert Panel under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024.
