Xyst was commissioned by Masterton Council to undertake a “part feasibility – part market assessment” of the Mawley Holiday Park following concerns expressed by elected members over a perceived downturn in performance.
An analysis of the holiday park performance was undertaken including considering supply and demand trends, competing influences and risks.
