Xyst continued to work with Hutt City Council on progressing Stage 2 of the park redevelopment. Xyst prepared full detailed design sets for consenting, tender and construction including General Arrangement, Set Out, Demolition, Earthworks, Levels and Drainage and Planting Plans. Stage 2 included a full perimeter concrete track, upgrade of the existing junior field, additional rest seating and amenity planting connection to the Stage 1 upgrade. Xyst also prepared the landscape specifications and pricing schedule for tender.
