The Mackenzie District Council engaged Xyst to compile a successful funding application for $1.55 million from the Better Off Fund, administered by the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) as part of the Three Waters programme.
Utilising prior consultation with the local Rūnanga and direction from the Council, General Managers identified six key projects for the application and investment. Xyst then prepared an application following the DIA’s template and created a supporting presentation to showcase and summarise these projects.
