Scenic Rim Regional Council
Preparation of public toilet strategy including performance assessment, usage counters, levels of service and implementation plan
Scenic Rim Regional Council
Preparation of Play Strategy including performance assessment of all playgrounds and development of levels of service for playground development. Initial strategy prepared in 2016 and updated in 2018.

Preparation of Parks Asset Management Plan based on IIMM format.

The Open Space Asset Team of the City of Melbourne (CoM) identified the need to review and develop a more effective approach to asset valuation and renewal planning based on level of service requirements and industry best practice.

Xyst developed a detailed playground maintenance plan for a new playground detailing warranties and all cyclic maintenance requirements which meet playground safety requirements and standards.

A comprehensive review of the existing contract structure to make it more cost effective and efficent.
Central Hawkes Bay District Council
Xyst conducted a field assessment and site analysis on Coronation Park in Waipawa and made recommendations and strategies for CPTED improvements. Xyst also undertook a site visit to Russell Park and provided suggested CPTED amendments to the staged draft Master Plan.
