Using the Safety Culture platform and tailored inspection forms, we identified hazards, rated risks, and provided clear, independent assessments of equipment and surfacing.
We also conducted a Level 3 Playground Commissioning Inspection for a new playground at Lake Ferry in accordance with the Standards providing additional manufacturer, model and warranty data.
