Xyst worked closely with Council to undertake the procurement for the Open Space Operations and Maintenance contract.
This involved developing a procurement plan, contract writing, reviewing specifications, preparing tender and evaluation documents, and facilitating and moderating an evaluation panel – for a two staged (ROI and RFP) open competitive tender process.
