Open Space Service Delivery Comparison

Council requested a limited scope service delivery review that enabled them to understand the likely costs, service levels changes and risks associated with a change in open space maintenance service delivery.

Xyst provided them with a report that compared their current method of service delivery (largely contracted) with a predominantly in-house model.

The report dealt with anticipated capital and operational costs, transitional issues and costs, pros and cons of each model, risks, assumptions and recommendations. This enabled them to make an informed decision about future open space maintenance service delivery.

The project provided Council with a comparison of the current method of open space service delivery with indicative costings and implications of a change in methodology.
