Xyst assisted Council with the procurement of open space maintenance and transfer management services for regional Tairāwhiti.
This involved facilitating an open competitive tender process, including developing the procurement plan and draft contract, writing specifications, updating GIS mapping, preparing RFP documentation, and facilitating and moderating the evaluation.
Xyst also provided assistance throughout the contract negotiation phase.
