Stage 1 Play Space Maintenance Plan
The Play Space Maintenance Plan has been developed to ensure the continued maintenance and upkeep of all assets for the safety of all users of the playground.
In addition, this schedule instructs authorised inspectors to record the maintenance undertaken as a requirement for warranty and safety purposes.
Xyst determined the playground classification and associated level of service, prepared an asset inventory including item name, manufacturer/supplier and installation date, determined weekly, monthly and annual maintenance regimes and equipment specific tasks to be used by Councils contractors. Xyst also provided details on actions due to inspection fails and replacement of defective parts under warrantees.
