Queenstown Lakes District Council
Xyst specified, procured and project managed the installation of new sports lighting for the Wanaka Recreation Centre
Mackenzie District Council
Xyst developed a brand guide and outdoor signage system for all parks and community facilities in the Mackenzie District including sign design and procurement of a on-going supply contract for sign layout and construction.

To review the Property and Facilities Activity Management Plan at a high level, with the intent of preparing an improvement plan for updating of the AMP for 2024.

To change the plan to a new easy-to-read format and update the levels of service, lifecycle management, demand management and executive summary sections of the AMP.
Whakatāne District Council
To support positive change in the group activities of open spaces operations, aquatics and recreation, procurement and administration, properties and facilities assets. Teams have many synergies, are all closely aligned and contribute directly to the enhancement of the health, wellbeing and social enjoyment of the Whakatane community and visitors.
