Xyst undertook a performance assessment of all public toilets, including user surveys and counting at select sites. We developed categories and levels of service, undertook analysis of future needs and prepared a Public Toilet Strategy and Renewal Plan.

Playground Performance Assessment

Undertook site-based performance assessment of all South East Queensland Water Playgrounds and provided a summary report and planning recommendations.

Open Space Embellishment Costing

Independant Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (NSW)

Developed an open space hierarchy and typical development level of service description on which to base cost estimates for development contributions evaluation. Developed cost estimates based on benchmarking valuation information and prepared worked examples to provide a range of typical development costs for each park type.
